After serving major industrial clients across the Midwest, particularly in Oklahoma and Texas, Sean built 4 Star on a foundation of technical expertise, disciplined execution, and a commitment to doing commercial roofing the right way.

In 2016, John E. McHughes joined as a partner, marking a defining moment in the company's trajectory. With construction and roofing experience dating back to 2000, John brought two decades of hands-on field knowledge, storm restoration strategy, leadership, and large-scale operational growth experience.
His background in building high performance sales organizations, systemizing operations, and scaling roofing enterprises complemented Sean's deep technical, sales training and industrial expertise.
