My recent experience with 4 Star Commercial Roofing left me thoroughly impressed and highly satisfied. Right from the outset, the team at 4 Star demonstrated professionalism and expertise. Throughout the project, communication was seamless, with the 4 Star team keeping me updated on progress every step of the way. One of the best things that has ever happened to my business was a 4 Star roofing salesman (Randy) walking into our office unsolicited. In a few minutes Randy politely explained who he was and who he represented and we agreed to let him take a look at our roof. Unbeknownst to us, a recent hail storm had significantly damaged our roof. Randy quickly discovered this and began to work on a claim with our insurance company. The initial offer from our insurance adjuster was around $15,000. Randy and his team knew that wasn’t enough so they dug in even harder, employing thermal analysis with drones, nail pull strength tests, and more. After weeks of negotiating with the insurance adjuster, they were able to get our claim to over $100,000. It took substantial time and effort by their back office to achieve this over 6x’ing of our claim. I simply do not believe a small roofing contractor could have achieved it. After getting approved for the above amount, we agreed on a scope of work and the actual roofing work began. Justin and his team came out and did an amazing job and now for the first time in quite literally almost a hundred years, our building’s roof does not leak. If you have had roofing damage, don’t waste your time with other companies. 4 Star is the choice. Thank you 4 Star.
